    It is difficult to reconcile the lovely person that Peter Dudar is with the stories that come out of his head. He surprises me every time. My mother and I have a contentious relationship and I could fully identify with Theresa who is saddled with caring for her ailing mother whom she despises. The twist to this story is not the scary part, and there are chilling parts, it is the realization that we don't always understand the motivations of the people we love or the people we hate.     A really great read! A narcissistic former- soap-opera actress spends her final days being plagued by the vengeful ghost of her husband and barley tolerated by the daughter she resented. The story is engaging and the characters feel genuine. I couldn't put it down. The short story included at the end was a great inclusion as well. A sad, brutal look at a man grieving his lost son and well spoilers.
