    I liked how personal the book is. It started with telling us she was living apart from her husband and she saw moving to live abroad might solve her workaholism and marriage issues. Then there are the difficulties her boy faced to cope with the new country and the new school (a whole chapter) that gives you a broad perspective. Also another chapter about her daughter. I would loved to see more of what the husband thought, specially that he was working in an international corporation with differe [...]

As an American living in Germany I feel like she really glazed over her experience and didn't indulge in the many anecdotes that would have really made this experience come alive for readers.
