4 Sexy StarsThis was a very fast read, a very sexy read and I adored this couple:) I truly hope I get more of them as well as seeing much more of their future together! Older man/younger womanLOVE this type of story:)

3.5 StarsI really enjoyed this one. Callie was a great character, and I liked Morgan a lot. I thought the angst stuff was a bit over the top. I mean Callie shows up at a gala with an off the rack dress and tattoos, and everyone is calling her a whore, and saying "you don't belong in our company" telling her to go back to her street corner. Um, I'm pretty sure we left the 1800's behind a long time ago??!! Plus Morgan's mother was so over the top, she came off as a caricature of a Disney villain!O [...]

Wanted to like this, really I did . . . but it just didn't work for me. I like a brooding, stand-offish H, I don't mind if he's a man of few words and I'm a sucker for the silent ones. What I don't like is an H who lets others treat his h with disrespect. Poor Callie had to take a lot of unpleasantness from a lot of different people and I didn't like that Morgan either stood back and let it happen or when he was finally ready to step up, it was so lame tame. Where was his dominate, possessive ca [...]

Callie is an apprentice at the tattoo shop she overly happy and very upbeat which was nice to read. Austin give her the chance to tattoo Morgan a old friend that wants a huge back piece on her own. Sparks fly straightaway and love the chemistry between both characters. Loved that each tattoo artist in shop competes to tattoo each family member. This book is a lovely short story that Carey's on the series nicely. I would definitely recommend reading even if you don't like Hh because stuff happens [...]

I was happy to see Callie get her own story, but disappointed that this was what we got. It wasn't that great! All they focused on was the age difference and the kink, and then all of a sudden, Callie and Morgan are in love. It wasn't that believable! Just was not a good installment for me, though I am not ready to quit on the series just yet!

Wtf is up with these horrid mothers?! So OTT. For being all Dom like, Morgan sure acquiesced easily.

This was my first experience reading a story by Carrie Ann Ryan and I quite enjoyed it! Callie and Morgan come from two very different worlds, but they share a sexual attraction that defies their backgrounds and made for some hot scenes together. There is an underlying acknowledgement that things between them run deeper than they seem, no matter how much they would both like to deny it. Secondary characters were important to the story as well, adding definite conflict to their developing relatio [...]

Fun and quick. There wasn't much depth, but still a really good read. The characters were likable and I felt the connection right away. The plot was entertaining too.

Callie finally get her chance at Montgomery Ink, but her first client turns out to be just as judgemental as he´s gorgeous. Morgan is finally getting the tattoo he wants, but his artist turns out to be just what he wants, and that´s not what he wants. She´s young, lovely, alive and nothing like the harpies his mother tries to set him up with. But Morgan just can´t get over the age difference. Until life or destiny gets into play, and who´s he to turn destiny down?Quick read, smutty fluff an [...]

3.5 starsI really enjoyed this novella. It was like Cinderella meets dungeon with May-December romance. When I put it like that it sounds a bit much doesn't it? Callie Masters is a tattoo artist who is doing he first work as an official artist at Montgomery Ink. Morgan McAllister is old money, running a company that has been in his family for generations. When Callie is asked by her boss Austin to do a major piece on Morgan, Callie jumps at it for artistic reasons but she also wants to jump him. [...]

Morgan is hitting the big 40 and is tired of playing by the rules. He has taken over the family business and done as he should for everyone else. Now he wants to do something for himself. He goes to get a tattoo at Montgomery Ink and is taken with Callie, the young woman who is assigned to do his ink. They have obstacles to overcome like the 15 year age difference, his mother and the fact that they come from two very different worlds. But nothing worth having comes easy. This is a sassy, sexy st [...]

I'd have given this 4 stars if it weren't for the ending that would make a harlequin novel sound Shakespearean. It took the spunk out of the heroine and the alpha out of the hero and was completely trite. Especially for this author. But the rest of the story was a fun little May/December, 'opposites attract' romance. The mother-in-law is so over the top it's ridiculous, but the MCs are engaging.

I loved this book and this series. I can't wait to continue to read this series.Callie is loving her life. She finally gets her own chair after being an apprentice at Montgomery Ink and her first client, Morgan is a friend of her boss. She is also attracted to him. After a few misunderstandings, they act on their attraction. Add in some drama and it is a great book.Highly recommend this series

Morgan he's the type of man that makes your panties melt, "you can call me Morgan, Callie," he said, his voice a soft growl. "After all, you're about to have your hands on me." I loved Callie she didn't take crap from anyone, "I'm getting off subject. If the age difference truly bothers you, then I will see you at the shop to finish your tattoo. No hard feelings." He growled softly. Well, something was hard, and it wasn't his feelings." He doesn't like thinking of his girl with other men, "don't [...]

Ahh! Love that Montgomery Ink crew sooo much! It was great to peek at the spunky Callie to see what makes her tick. And Morgan---so alpha male. Chemistry and sexy times between these two were off the hook!!! I was so happy to see both of them stand up for themselves and their feelings regardless of the outside world. Be sure to check out the rest of this series if you haven't read this author before. You won't be sorry!

I was surprised that we got Callie's story so soon in this series. I figured it would have come later on in the mix of the Montgomery clan.I did however, like Callie and getting to know her. When she stood up for herself, I was so proud of her. I'm not sure how I feel about Morgan though. I was glad he was not like his Mother and the society that he works in, but he still had an arrogance that was hard to take at some points. I'm sure part of that arrogance is what makes him the Dom that he is. [...]

Great read! I absolutely loved this story! The characters were awesome and I loved getting to know Callie more. We get to know a few of the other Montgomery’s a little better but this pretty much focuses and Callie and Morgan and any interactions with the Montgomery Ink crew they have. The story was well written and drew me in from beginning to end. I can’t wait for the next one and am super excited that it’s Miranda’s story.

Story of a young woman who finally gets her own tattoo chair and is working next to her mentor who is a bit older than herOne day an old friend of the mentors walks in for a complete back tattoo and is given to her as her first big job She’s excited and enthralled by this very handsome older man in a suit, no lessHe likes the view but is reluctant to like her an keeps a distance from her when she’s not working on his back

  • Shannon

I’m not sure why it is but every book in this series so far has a mean old lady that is so over the top hateful that it is just to much for me. They are so unbelievable with the words they use that it really just makes you roll your eyes. I can’t get past it. Sorry to say but I am done with the series.

  • Sandy Digger

Forever InkThis story is about Callie Masters. In this book Callie has just gotten her own space in the Montgomery Ink shop as a tattooist and artist. Austin tells her he has a client coming that he wants her to work with and it turns out to be a man she instantly has the hots for. It’s a rough and rocky climb but this book has a happy ending.

Another Great Read!Carrie Ann Ryan has done it again, even her short reads keep you coming back for more! Characters that jump off the page and just bring you in. If I had one complaint is that it was to short. I wanted more.
