    I agree with other reviews that there is certainly some awkward moments in this book especially in regard to dialogue. It made me wonder about the editor and if she might have been off sick when this book came in. Having said that, I feel this author has a future in crime writing. I was engaged with the story.     This book does have some problems with grammatical mistakes and awkward dialogue, but I rather enjoyed reading a book from the point of view of a detective constable rather than the higher-ups on the police team.
