Someone is murdering tall men and big dogs, especially tall men who have or have bonded with big dogs. Our story begins when a tall man named Daniel (a lumberjack) is out at the dog park with his King Shepherd Lady (110 pounds) and sees what he thinks is someone having car trouble in the parking lot. He ties Lady to the fence and goes to see if he can help but Lady notices the vehicle rocking and then a stranger with blood comes to her but is scared away by people showing up. Lady realizes somet [...]

I would've given 'Jack and the Giant Killer' five stars, but I thought including Lady and the dog factor was a-bit-of-a-stretch, along with the 'quick fix' at the end for the 'Spencer' problem. I've liked Melissa and Ki-Ku for possible partners for Jack, and am wondering how Alice and Jack's relationship will develop, as ongoing foster siblings, or something more. which - I sense - they both need. It's refreshing to read a clean, detective thriller with ongoing values-based characters, including [...]

Love this series! This is the fourth book in the series I've read and am buying the next one right now. What a team Jack and Alice are! If you like murder mysteries, you will love this one! They could each stand on their own, but you will enjoy them even more if you read them all in order.

What can I say, but this is an awesome series. While you can read this book as a stand alone novel I would suggest reading the whole series in order to better understand the characters.Patiently waiting for next book in the series

Awesome series. Can't wait for the next adventure. Love the characters and character development. Good solid mysteries. I feel this way about each of the books Greyson has written. I read mysteries for pure enjoyment, not to solve them before I am at the end. These are a must read. My budget liked the fact that they were not expensive but, I am surprised the price is not higher. The quality was wonderful. Please Mr. Greysonrry on "Jack of Hearts"!!
