Hello,I m a self proclaimed read a holic I love most genres and would rather read than do most things Stands to reason, that I d have this inexplicable love affair with the written word Reading was the balm that soothed me during tough times as a single mother, working two jobs As things leveled out, I found I enjoyed the places books took me, there was a certain solace learning about various times and cultures When I began traveling, many of the places I visited felt like old friends I could envision the characters from the books walking the cobbled streets, or running along the swift moving streams After twenty years of reading and collecting my favorite authors, I decided to indulge my passion for storytelling I took classes, invested in seminars and sat nervously across the table from editors It was a lengthy process, Finally, I got the courage to allow the market to judge my work The market can be a brutal, but I think fair, mistress Hard work is rewarded and appreciated Slackers don t stand a chance

Although I have enjoyed this author other books, this one was a disappointment. The characters and story was just flat to me. This being a crime family story it didn't have me on the edge of my seat anticipating the next event. As for the romance, there was none. Pam met Julio in the elevator and a week later they were having sex. So this is one of those stories lets have all the sex we can and get to know each other later. I don't want to give away the story in a review, but I just didn't feel [...]

This book was really hard to get into. I'm not familiar with the Men Of 3x Construction series so wasn't previously disposed to caring about the characters. Pam and Julio's romance felt like it missed some organic steps. This cartel seemed awefully white washed too. The only obvious Spanish tells were the names.

This book started off a bit slow with the background story. I was waiting and waiting for Julio to meet his girl, and finally when he met Pam the story began to warm up, but they were separated a while again and it cooled off. The Cartel just wasn't as ruthless as I thought it could have been. Oftentimes the going ones, and the investigating was a bit confusing and I had to read things again to fully understand what was going on. With that being said, once Julio and Pam really got together it wa [...]

Good lead characters and a strong plot. I haven't read the 3X Construction series but Ms. Knowles included enough background information on Julio and the men from that series to support the points she was making in this story. The plot didn't go in the direction I originally thought and that was refreshing. A couple of things that were not explained were Pam's much older brother, why one of the antagonist thought Pam was promised to him, and why Julio would drive himself around town (the last ti [...]

This is a really good story that I hope is the beginning of a series Julian meets and falls in love with Pam but she does not know what he does for a living. This books starts out with a lot of details that make this story interesting once it gets started. Once you get pass all of the info the story gets really good the passion between Pam and Julian burns up the pages. This is a well written by this author and I hope to read more about the Cartel or at least Tex's story. Good job Erosa Knowles [...]

Bad Boy Good BoyErosa Knowles has a way with words. Loving a Bad Boy connects and answers questions left from the previous books. As always, the story was gripping and compelling.Julio had to walk into a life altering commitment of help his best friend and he would do it again. Little did he know he would find his future.Such a wonderful and moving story.

Loved Julio! Forced into the cartel helping a friend sent to Miami to clean up a mess runs into Pam Burrows and life as he knows it is no more! Overall a great read. Some repetitive lines but otherwise it's a great read! Timid nurse meets hot Latin lover/bad boy, what a whirlwind affair!
